Artwork:
We can only use high res PDF format logo’s and artwork. To test your logo, zoom in closely and see if your logo and or artwork stays 100% crisp. If so, we will be able to use it and create design proofs for you.
If you do not have high res PDF format logo’s or artwork, we are able to re draw (trace) them and create digital versions. This is a small additional cost and will be quoted to you prior to design creation.
Shipping:
Once you have signed off the final design proofs emailed to you, production takes 5 working days. Please allow an additional 3 working days for courier delivery.
Standard Artwork Set Up Fee:
A standard artwork set up fee of R195 ex vat is charged on all artwork received. Our set up fee includes design and creation with artwork / logo’s provided.
